About us

Aluminium Systems Ltd is a privately owned company which was formed in 2010. The company is based near to the town of Hinckley, which is just off the M69 motorway. The primary focus of the company is the supply of Brise Soleil solar shading systems, which are fabricated using the company’s own design of elliptical louvre blades, horizontal and vertical mullions, and GRP “bird beak” blade supports.

All aspects of the fabrication process are managed by the company, with specific processes such as laser cutting, welding and powder coating outsourced to local specialist contractors. Drawings are produced so that the client understands exactly what they are getting and so that our fabricators know exactly what they need to make. All systems are checked and packed for safe and secure delivery across the UK and overseas.

Over time we have refined the design of our systems, allowing our more basic solutions to be fitted by DIYers. We also offer technical advice and assistance to these self-installers. For those customers requiring a complete service, for example, main contractors, we have a network of trained and qualified installing teams.

Aluminium Systems have clients spread across the UK, from Newquay in Cornwall to Kirkcaldy in Fife, and an export market focused mainly on West Africa, particularly in Ghana and The Ivory Coast. The company supplies clients ranging in size from individual house owners to nationwide construction companies. We can tailor our products to suit each requirement, from a single canopy to shade one window, up to our largest project to date, in Accra, Ghana, which consists of over 2,000 m2 of solar shading over four buildings.
